So….here we are again, nearly 4 years later, except this time instead of buying a home I was selling my home. Of course the first person I contacted was Lauren and, once again she went above and beyond. Honestly, there’s not enough praise that I can heap on to Laurens plate but, I will endeavor to try. When we first started this process Lauren essentially helped us put together a laundry list of items that will assist in getting the home market ready and sold quickly, she also, very graciously pointed out several items that were pointless and essentially kept us on the right track. Lauren also performed plenty of market research and narrowed in on when we should list our home for maximum profitability. Lauren has an excellent business sense and also doubled as my part-time therapist through the whole selling process, managing to ensure I didn’t pull all of my hair out.
